Proof your work. We expect polished, professional pieces submitted. Sloppy work won't be accepted by our editors. If your piece is filled with typos and/or errors, it will not be accepted.
Disclose any financial relationships. If you have a financial relationship with the companies or individuals you write about or link to, you must disclose this. Violation of this could lead to your article being removed from our site and even the end of your ability to contribute to the site.
We will not accept articles written because you received money from a business or person in exchange for writing about them. It is also against our policy for contributors to sell links in their articles to people or companies. Contributors found to be violating these policies will be banned from publishing in our network.
Tell us if it's timely. Articles with time sensitivity can move through the submission process more quickly. If there is a timely piece, (a Christmas piece, for example), please clarify that in your subject line.
Submit original work. We will check your submission. Work you didn't write is not acceptable. We don’t like leftovers. If your piece has been published elsewhere, please disclose that so we can backlink to the original work.
It’s not about you. We know that you want to promote yourself, but your submission needs to entertain and educate our readers. Mentions of your company, book or skillset should be used to demonstrate your expertise on a topic. Articles that excessively promote your brand, company or product won't be published.
